How we fix it
Every repair follows the same careful process, whether you drop it off or mail it in.
- Free diagnosisWe confirm it's the display — not the board — before quoting, so you never pay for the wrong part.
- Clear panel optionsWe explain the difference between OLED and budget panels and the price of each before any work starts.
- Precision installCareful transfer of the earpiece and sensor assembly so Face ID keeps working, with True Tone preserved wherever your model allows.
- Full function testTouch grid, brightness, Face ID, proximity sensor, front camera and speakers are all checked before it ships back.
Using an aftermarket panel? iOS may show a parts message in Settings. It doesn't affect daily use, and we'll always tell you upfront which panel you're getting.

Screen Repair FAQ
How long does an iPhone screen replacement take?
Most screen repairs take under an hour at the bench. For mail-in repairs, expect 7–10 days door to door, including shipping both ways.
Will I lose my data?
No. A screen replacement doesn't touch your storage, so your photos, messages and apps stay exactly where they are.
Will Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes, when the repair is done correctly. The sensors that matter are moved carefully from your original screen to the new one.
What if only the glass is cracked but the display works?
On modern iPhones the glass and display are fused together, so the whole assembly is replaced. That's the most reliable fix.
