Models we fix

Every Android Phone, old and new.

Do you use original Samsung screens?

Where it matters we offer a choice. Genuine-quality OLED screens look and feel like the original, including the fingerprint sensor and colors, and budget screens cost less. We explain the difference and the price before any work starts.

Can you fix a Galaxy Fold or Flip screen?

Yes. Fold and Flip inner screens are delicate and pricier than a regular phone, so we diagnose them free and confirm the exact price first. Cover screens and hinges can often be repaired too.

Will my phone still be water resistant after a repair?

We reseal phones with new adhesive after every repair that opens them, but no repaired phone can be guaranteed water resistant, including ones repaired by the manufacturer. Keep it away from water to be safe.

Will I lose my photos?

Screen, battery and port repairs don't touch your data. For phones that won't turn on, we repair the board to get your photos and contacts back wherever it's possible.

Partner store or mail-in for your Android phone?

Both get you the same free diagnosis and a price before any work. The difference is speed versus the kind of repair.

  • A nearby partner store is the quickest option for common part swaps: screens, batteries, charging ports and back glass on Galaxy, Pixel, Motorola and OnePlus phones. Many are done the same day. Find one on repair near me. Partner stores explain their own warranty.
  • Mail-in to our lab suits board repair, water damage, data recovery, foldable screens, and anyone without a store nearby. Shipping is free, prepaid and insured both ways, and it’s typically 7–10 days door to door. Here’s how mail-in works, and you can follow your repair on the tracking page.

The faults we see most on Galaxy and Pixel phones

Most Android repairs come down to a handful of problems, and each has a clear cause.

Repair or replace?

The biggest question is how long your phone will keep getting security updates. Samsung’s recent Galaxy S flagships and Google’s Pixel 8 and later are promised up to seven years. Older and budget models get fewer, so check your model’s support window before you spend. A phone with years of updates left and one broken part is almost always worth repairing.

It also helps to compare the repair price with what the phone is worth. A screen on a recent Galaxy S Ultra costs a fraction of a new one. A board repair on an older budget phone might not, unless you need the data on it. When a repair doesn’t make sense, we tell you. And if you do replace it, a working phone is worth more as a trade-in or hand-me-down than a broken one.

How Android repair pricing works

Each repair shows a starting price, and your exact price depends on the model and the part. Ultra, Plus and foldable models cost more than a Galaxy A or an older Pixel. For screens you can often choose between OLED and a cheaper budget screen, and we explain the trade-offs. Water damage and phones that won’t turn on start with a free check, because the price depends on what we find inside.

Whatever the repair, the price is confirmed before any work starts, and no fix means no fee. See your price on the booking page, or browse pricing. We also handle slow phones, software problems and moving your data to a new phone, from $49.

Your data, passcode and Google account

Screen, battery, port, back glass and camera repairs don’t touch your data. We don’t factory reset phones, and you don’t need to remove your Google account before a repair. We may ask for your screen passcode only to test the repair, and sharing it is your choice. Never send your Google or Samsung account password. Your phone stays encrypted the whole time it’s with us, and the repair itself doesn’t need access to your apps, photos or messages.

If you’d rather not share a passcode, Samsung phones have Maintenance mode (under Settings › Battery and device care) that hides your personal data and apps while the phone is being tested. Newer Pixels running recent Android versions have a similar Repair mode under Settings › System.

We never remove or bypass passcodes or Google account locks (FRP). If a phone is locked to an account, the owner has to sign out, or prove ownership to the manufacturer.

Getting your phone ready

  • Back up to your Google or Samsung account, or to a computer, if the phone still works.
  • Remove the case, screen protector, SIM card and any microSD card.
  • Write down the problem, when it started, and anything that happened before it, such as a drop, spill or update.
  • If the battery is visibly swollen, contact us before shipping.
  • For mail-in, turn the phone off and pack it with padding so it can’t move around in the box.

Then book your repair and choose a store or mail-in.
