How does the partner network work?
Customers answer three quick questions on iPhoneRepair.me: their model, what's wrong, and their ZIP. They see repair stores listed by distance (plus any recommended store) and our mail-in lab, pick one, and book. Requests for your store are sent to you.
What is a sponsored store?
A sponsored store has a Pro or Premium plan. It's pinned above the distance-sorted list, clearly labelled 'Sponsored', for customers within its radius. Separately, every store we've checked gets a free 'Verified' badge, which can't be bought.
What do partners agree to?
Free diagnosis, no fix no fee, honest quotes, and a quick reply to every request. That's what customers are promised when they book.
How are leads delivered?
Every request includes the customer's name, phone, email, ZIP code, iPhone model and issue. We check each one and pass it to you quickly by email or text, so you can call the customer and book them in.
Is each lead sent to more than one shop?
No. Each request goes to one store, the one the customer chose, which is usually the closest. You're not bidding against a list of competitors for the same customer.
Do I have to offer every repair?
No. When you apply, pick the devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iPod Classic) and repairs you work on. You'll only be shown to customers for those. Everything else goes to our lab.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. Optional Pro ($29/month) and Premium ($69/month) plans, with two months free when paid yearly, give you sponsored placement for nearby customers and add marketing perks. See the plans page for details.
Who handles mail-in customers?
Our own lab (expert repair lab). Partner stores get the local, in-person customers.
