Accessibility.
How we make the site usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to book a repair, find a store and track a device on iPhoneRepair.me. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Pages work with a keyboard and include a skip-to-content link.
- Forms have labels, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Text and controls are designed for readable contrast, with a dark mode.
- Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and with browser zoom.
- Maps always come with a text list of the same stores.
Known limits
Some partner store photos and map tiles come from third parties, and store details are written by the stores themselves. We work with partners to keep their listings accessible.
Tell us what's not working
If anything on the site is hard to use, call (980) 270-9490 or email help@iphonerepair.me. We'll help you book by phone and fix the problem. We aim to reply within two business days.
