How do you decide the price?

Do you buy broken phones and iPads?
Yes. Cracked, won't turn on, water damaged: we still make an offer.
What if the final offer is lower than the quote?

Do I need to wipe it first?
Please turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud before you ship. We erase every device again when it arrives. Devices still locked to an Apple ID, or reported lost or stolen, can't be accepted.
How do I get paid?
