Can you recover data from an iPhone that won't turn on?
Often, yes. Because iPhone storage is encrypted to its own board, recovery means repairing that board until it boots. It's specialist work, and it's what we do every day.
What does 'no data, no fee' mean?
If we can't recover your data, you don't pay the recovery fee.
Do you need my passcode?
To unlock the phone and back it up, yes. Without the passcode, nobody can get to the data, including us. That's how iPhone encryption works.
