What does sponsored placement do?
Your store is pinned above the distance-sorted list, with a highlighted pin and a Sponsored label, for customers within your plan's radius. In the booking flow you're pre-selected for those customers, so most simply book you.
What if two stores near each other are both recommended?
Premium stores rank above Pro stores, and stores on the same plan are ordered by distance to the customer. Every store stays visible in the list.
Is paid placement disclosed to customers?
Yes. Paid placement is always labelled Sponsored. The Verified badge is separate and free: it shows we've checked your store, and it can't be bought. That keeps customer trust high and follows advertising rules.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. Billing is through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal and you keep your perks until the end of the period you've paid for.
How fast is my plan activated?
Within one business day of subscribing. We'll email you when your sponsored placement is live.
Do paid plans guarantee a number of leads?
No. Plans give your store more visibility and the default spot for nearby customers. The number of requests depends on demand in your area.
