What you get
Each plan includes the features listed on the plans page. Sponsored placement applies to customers within your plan's radius of your store's listed location. Premium stores rank above Pro stores, and stores on the same plan are ordered by distance.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months at the yearly price. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email and apply from your next renewal. Taxes may apply.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your listing returns to the free plan.
No guaranteed results
Plans increase your visibility but don't guarantee a number of leads, calls or repairs. Demand depends on your area and season.
Disclosure
Paid placement is labelled Sponsored wherever it appears. The Verified badge reflects our checks only and is never sold.
Listing standards
- Keep your hours, address, phone, devices and services accurate.
- Offer free diagnosis and no fix, no fee to customers who book through the site.
- Quote honestly and confirm prices before any work.
- Reply to repair requests promptly.
- Don't misrepresent your relationship with Apple or with us.
Removal
We may pause or remove a listing that breaks these standards or receives repeated, credible customer complaints. If we remove a paid listing for a reason other than a breach, we'll refund the unused part of the current period.
