Faults we repair at board level
- No power, even on a known-good charger
- Boot loops and restarts every few minutes
- No service or a greyed-out cellular menu
- No audio, or a greyed-out speaker button on calls
- Won't charge after the charge port was already replaced
- Backlight or display circuit faults after a drop
- Liquid damage that stopped the phone working
Why mail it to a specialist
Board-level repair takes a microscope, a hot-air and soldering station, a bench power supply, schematics and a lot of practice. Few shops have all of it, so many will tell you the phone can't be fixed or offer to replace it.
We diagnose the exact failed component, repair it under the microscope, and test the phone for hours afterwards. Because the original board keeps working, so does your data.
How shipping works
- Book online. Choose “Won't turn on / logic board” and mail-in.
- We email a free, insured shipping label and packing steps.
- We diagnose it within 24h of arrival and send you a firm quote.
- Approve it and we repair, test and ship it back insured. Don't approve it and we ship it back free.
Before you send it
Don't keep trying to charge a phone that got wet, and don't Restore it in recovery mode if you need your data. Note anything you know about how it failed: a drop, a spill, an update, an earlier repair. It speeds up diagnosis.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to mail my iPhone?
Yes. The label is prepaid and insured both ways, and you can track it the whole time. Pack it snugly in a small box, not a padded envelope.
How long does board repair take by mail?
Most board repairs are back with you in 7–10 days door to door. Complex jobs can take a little longer, and we'll keep you updated.
What if it can't be fixed?
Then you don't pay for the repair, and we ship it back free with an explanation of what we found.
